At Pure Canuck, we aim to get your gear to you swiftly and securely. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

1. Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate: $12.00 CAD for all orders shipped within Canada.
• We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Restrictions

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
• Please provide a valid Canadian street address to ensure successful delivery.

3. Address Accuracy

• Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
• If your address is incorrect or incomplete and requires correction by the carrier (UPS/FedEx), a $15 CAD fee per box will be charged to your account.

4. Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
• Standard shipping within Canada takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.

5. Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
• Please allow extra time during holidays and promotional periods.
