No Refunds – But Lots of Gratitude!

Thank you kindly for supporting this small, quirky, proudly Canadian venture! Each product is made or packed with a whole lotta love, maple syrup spirit, and just a hint of mischief.

Because of the nature of our products (especially those that are wearable, huggable, or uniquely you), all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges, eh?

That said, if something arrives damaged, or if a moose sneezed on your parcel en route (it happens), please reach out at support@purecanuck.ca and we’ll do our best to make things right.
